FIRST PHASE OF NATIONAL LEVEL FACULTY RECRUITMENT COMPLETED

Right from its inception, Vision Classes has been striving to facilitate the students to provide coaching based on "Kota Pattern". Vision Classes is committed to impart coaching in Patna of National Standard. The slogan "EK SAPNA, PATNA KO KOTA BANANA" supports our commitment. A host of renowned Faculties from coaching world are teaching full-time in our various centres. Due to undergoing expansion plan of Vision Classes and launching of PMT coaching, we invited applications to full-fill vacant posts of faculties by publishing advertisement in a National Daily and interestingly we received more than 600 applications, working in top-level coaching institutes accross the country. After, sort-listing 60 applicants, we conducted a full-fledged recruitment process on 2nd May,2010, which consisted of Written Test, Demo. Class, GD & PI. All of them performed very well, but since we can't compormise on excellency, hence we chose 10 out of them in various departments viz. Biology, Physics, Chemistry & Maths.

Some of highly acclaimed & experienced Faculties are willing to join us, and very soon we will be inviting them to Patna. The willingness of Faculties to re-locate themselves in Bihar, indicates that image of Bihar in Metros and in other cities have gone through a sea change, the credit goes to the present state goverment of Bihar and CM Sri Nitish Kumar.

People say that Vision Classes in No-1 Coaching Institute of Bihar, but I don't agree to it, the day, Vision Classes will produce IIT TOP RANKER, then I would say that a mile stone reached and strive for more.

Launching of Pre-Medical Coaching

Hello,

After successful performance in IIT-JEE 2009. Vision Classes introduces PMT coaching after heavy demand by Parents & Students. It is well known that Patna has enormous PMT aspirants, these students run around various tuition centres to in illusion to fulfill their dreams but they waste their time, money and energy. This unstructured pattern followed by the students results into very very low rate of success. I thought that why Patna should not have a PMT coaching institute based on KOTA-Pattern?

Adapting the same strategy as IIT-JEE coaching, the PMT coaching will have the best of facilities available across the nation. Proper Course Plan, Study materials, DPSA, Periodic Test, Micro-level Performance Analysis and Doubt Clearing sessions will be a regular phenomena for imparting PMT coaching. Vision Classes is well known for healthy competition & healthy environment as well as well furnished class-rooms, same facilities will be extended to Vision PMT Coaching. Because, these are also important factors for the success besides quality teaching. Intially, Vision PMT classes will be conducted at Naya Tola Study Centre, which is known as Vision Tower and gradually, we will be expanding to other Study Centres. For the convenience of the students, living at far flung or remote areas of the city can avail our transportation facilities. Many of our girls students studying in our IIT-JEE centres avail this facility.

For PMT aspirants two programmes are being launched:-

(1) VISION NASCENT PMT - (for 10th to 11th moving students)

(2) VISION TARGET PMT - (for 11th to 12th moving students & 12th appeared/passed students)

Fee Structure is comaparatively very affordable, compare to any renowned institute of Kota & Delhi.

In addition to Vision PMT, we have opened up a separate campus at Naya Tola Study Centre AIEEE aspirants.

IIT-JEE 2013 Proposed Admission Policy-

Namste,

I am K.Singh, Director of Vision Classes, Patna. I have started blogging from today to extend my support and suggestion to parents and students of Vision Classes and also aspiring IITian. My lauching blog is about the proposed policy for 2013 IIT-JEE admissions.
* The changes in proposed IIT exam- 70% weightage will be given to +2 Marks and remaing 30% will be computed by conducting Aptitude Test. If the proposed policy is implemented to enhance the quality of IITs then of course, it is WELCOME, but if the policy is aimed to destroy the Coaching Industry then it needs to be condemned. Becuase, there is rarely any competitive exam. in India for which Coaching facility is not available. There are numerous Coaching Institutes for the most sought after UPSC exam. In India, when a child is ready for his school, right then parents start thinking of suplementing the kid with tuition. Why this is so prevalent in India is a topic of debate. Our student life has limited time span and in the era of tough competition, everyone wants to succeed in his/her desired goal at the earliest and that is where coaching industry plays an important role.
*Today, there are lakhs of people employed in the coaching world and many lakhs families are dependent on this industry for their bread 'n' butter. The proposed policy will dislocate lakhs of people. Does this policy has any re-location plan for these unemployed people?
*According to the proposed policy, 70% weightage will be given to +2 Marks then the existing coaching institutes would start coaching the students to secure better 'n' better marks in their higher secondary board examinations. In addtion to that students will be coached for remaining 30% Aptitude test. Hence, literally the coaching institutes will come as substitute higher secondary schools, then yet another policy needs to be formulated to close down these schools. Baseless policies can not sustain for long. The very existence of coaching industry is an outcome of lack of basic infrastructure in schools & colleges. The poroposed policy will deprive and prevent enterance of students in IIT coming from rural background. This policy will lead to corruption. In last 10 years IITs have changed the pattern 3-4 times, which does not exist in developed countries and moreover what was achieved from changing policies so often. It is a question mark in itself. What is the gurantee that the changes proposed in the new policy will be successful?
